Jill Neff Vice President of Asset Management Jill Neff, Vice President of Asset Management, develops, implements and monitors the overall strategy for maximizing returns for each DeSanto Realty Group asset. Ms. Neff, who has 25 years of commercial and residential real estate experience, prepares DRG’s yearly business plan as well as the annual capital budget. Before joining DeSanto Realty Group, Ms. Neff was the Regional Property Director for Buccini/Pollin Group and Preferred Real Estate Investment, where she was responsible for a portfolio of 22 properties in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. She received a Bachelor’s degree from Pennsylvania State University, earned her Resident Manager Certification from the Institute of Real Estate Management and attained active brokers licenses from Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
