| Joe Downs serves as DeSanto Realty Group’s Vice President of Sales, working with Rich Day to oversee the firm’s national sales and marketing efforts. As the intial link between the company and our clients, Mr. Downs and the sales team facilitate ample opportunity for reps and clients to learn about DRG’s offerings through conference calls and property tours. In his role at DRG, Mr. Downs has successfully raised over $80 million in TIC equity.
Prior to joining DRG, Mr. Downs managed investment portfolios for American Express Financial Advisors and Prudential Securities. He is a series 7 and 63 Registered Representative with the National Association of Securities Dealers. |
