Rich Day Vice President of Sales Rich Day serves as the Vice President of Sales for DeSanto Realty Group, where he oversees national sales and marketing efforts while managing the company's interactions with the broker-dealer and registered rep communities. Mr. Day is an experienced sales professional, with wide-ranging skill in the Tenant in Common industry. Prior to joining DRG, Mr. Day served as the Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Equitable Companies, a Los Angeles based Tenant in Common sponsor. During his time with Equitable Companies, Mr. Day was successful in increasing the firm's selling group and assisted in a rebranding of the sponsor. He also served as a National Account Manager for Orchard Securities, where he established and maintained selling groups and assisted in raising more than $500 million in equity in 2006. Mr. Day has a Bachelor's degree from the University of Utah and an MBA from the Gore School of Business at Westminster College. He also holds Series 7 and 66 securities licenses.
