Rich Day serves as the Director of Sales for DeSanto Realty Group, where he oversees national sales and marketing efforts while managing the company's interactions with the broker-dealer and registered rep communities.
Mr. Day is an experienced sales professional, with wide-ranging skill in the Tenant in Common industry. Prior to joining DRG, Mr. Day served as the Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Equitable Companies, a Los Angeles based Tenant in Common sponsor. During his time with Equitable Companies, Mr. Day was successful in increasing the firm's selling group and assisted in a rebranding of the sponsor. He also served as a National Account Manager for Orchard Securities, where he established and maintained selling groups and assisted in raising more than $500 million in equity in 2006.
Mr. Day has a Bachelor's degree from the University of Utah and an MBA from the Gore School of Business at Westminster College. He also holds Series 7 and 66 securities licenses.
